WINDOWS
Sliding
Sliding windows offer lots of air and light with an unobtrusive profile which makes them perfect for areas along decks, walkways, and gardens. Sliding windows open by sliding horizontally.
Stacking
A stacking window system slides along a track and stacks into the wall at the end or makes a turn and then stacks into a remote location. An option for opening your space and letting the outside in is the stacking door.
Casement
Casement windows are a great way to bring light and air into a room. A casement is a window that is attached to its frame by one or more hinges at the side. They are used singly or in pairs within a common frame, in which case they are hinged on the outside. Casement windows are often held open using a casement stay.
Awning
An awning window has a quadrilateral frame and glass that opens outward.
An Awning window generally consists of an opening Sash that is hinged from the top and opens from the bottom usually with a winder and flyscreen. Standard size Awning Windows are still one of the cheapest window systems available and represent excellent value for money. Awning windows are made for openings in which the width is greater than the height.
Bi-Fold
Bi-fold windows are windows that are made up of several individual sashes (i.e. framed, windowed panels) that are hinged together. Most bifold windows consist of either 2, 3 or 4 window sashes, although they can include more if required. A bi-fold window is a staple for entertaining areas and for indoor/outdoor living spaces and kitchen serveries.
Gas-Strut
Gas strut awning windows Awning windows are the ones hinged at the top that push out. They are often seen in serveries, for instance. The addition of a gas strut means you do not need extra supports along the length of the window. Gas-strut windows include one single piece of glass for an unobstructed view.
